Following a very entertaining TUF: Live Finale by seven days, the UFC returns to FX for a third time to settle the score between “Mighty Mouse” Demetrious Johnson (14-2-1) and “Uncle Creepy” Ian McCall (11-2-1). The card will also feature “The Spaniard” Charlie Brenneman (15-3) in a welterweight tilt with dangerous Brazilian grappler “Indio” Erick Silva (13-2) and “The Dentist” Josh Neer (33-10) as he looks to remain undefeated in his third UFC run against Xtreme Couture submission ace “Quicksand” Mike Pyle (22-8). Drawing opening duties for the main card are WEC stand-outs “Young Guns” Scott Jorgensen (13-5) and Eddie Wineland (18-8-1). Each man has seen his share of stumbles since the WEC was absorbed into the UFC, but each man has a different goal in mind when it comes to erasing their recent failings. Continue reading »
