The biggest night in MMA history will take place on Saturday when the UFC presents its first offering on network TV giant FOX. UFC on FOX will only feature one main event bout on national TV, but leading up to it, live via the internet, are several solid bouts.  The featherweights will open things as Dustin Poirier (10-1) takes on Pablo Garza (11-1) and Cub Swanson (15-4) makes his UFC debut against “The Bully” Ricardo Lamas (10-2). The lightweights will usher in the main event as a potential title shot is on the line between “The Carpenter” Clay Guida (29-11) and “Smooth” Ben Henderson (13-2). However the fight that the UFC has bet all the marbles on is a heavyweight tilt of epic proportions as red hot knockout artist “Cigano” Junior Dos Santos (13-1) challenges the seemingly unstoppable Cain Velasquez (9-0) for his UFC Heavyweight Title.
